If making an Online Food Order, we will ask additional information to complete your order. The

and backup contact phone number.
When you return to the site and login, we use your account information to provide you with access
to your request history. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message
confirming your new user registration. As a member, you can sign up to receive updates from us

announcements. However, you may always choose to decline to receive these email messages at any

Unregistered Users
Unregistered users will be asked to provide personally identifiable information including a name and
a telephone number in order to complete the reservation, as you usually would be when making
a reservation over the phone. In addition, you will be asked to provide an email address to which
GlobaleMenu.com, Global eReservation LLC., will send automated service messages pertaining to your
reservation.

GlobalEMenu .com , Global eReservations LLC.,will never sell, rent, loan or otherwise distribute any of
your personal information (including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number or

consent or agreement, although we will pass certain information on to restaurants and other agencies
to fulfill your request, only as described below.
Online Orders
Online Ordering requires registration. Registered Users receive an email message confirming their status
as a Registered User. Registered Users can view and update their account information (My Account),
and view their transaction history in the My Requests section of the Site.
To complete your order, you provide information depending on the type of order you are making, which
may include: your name, email address, contact phone, delivery address (if applicable), credit card
information (if applicable), and special instructions. This information is collected and sent to restaurants
for several reasons, including:
To instruct the restaurant on your order request and order details,
To automatically email you a copy of your online order,
To charge your credit card ahead of time for delivery orders,
To allow the restaurant to contact you via phone or email to confirm your request,
To provide GlobalEMenu .com, Global eReservations LLC., with an email and phone number in case we
need to contact you for customer service purposes associated directly with your order.
A copy of your order will be emailed to the email address submitted, and a copy will be kept in your My
Account page.
Reservation Requests
For Unregistered Users, you provide your name, contact number and email address. This information is
collected and sent to restaurants for several reasons, including:
To automatically email you a copy of your reservation request,
To allow the restaurant to contact you via phone to confirm your request,
To provide GlobaleMenu.com, Global eReservation LLC., with an email and phone number in case we
need to contact you for customer service purposes associated directly with the reservation.
For Registered Users, you provide the same information as provided by Unregistered Users for the
reasons stated above. In addition, you establish an account by providing a password and confirming
the password. Registered Users then receive an email message confirming their status as a Registered
User. Registered Users can view and update their account information (My Account), and view their
transaction history in the My Requests section of the Site.
User Account
Registered Users can choose to create their restaurants and notes (My Restaurants and Notes) and
other personal information in the My Account section of the Site. This information is primarily used to
assist you in finding information, making requests quickly and to provide you with customized offers.
Newsletters
You may elect to receive updates from us about special offers, new GlobalEMenu.com restaurant
partners, and other noteworthy news items. However, you must opt-in to these emails and you may
always choose to decline to receive these email messages. We will never sell, rent or share your
personal information, including your email or phone number with and third parties for marketing
purposes without your express permission. We may share your personal information with our service
delivery providers for the purpose of delivering our to you, or as required by law.
Unsubscribing to Newsletters

are provided to the selected restaurant. If you choose delivery with payment by credit card, we also
provide the restaurant with your credit card information so they can process your credit card, ahead of
the delivery time. If you have indicated that you are interested in receiving emails from that restaurant,
this information is also made available to the restaurant. You also have the option of providing special
preferences or comments regarding your order, which GlobaleMenu.com, Global eReservation LLC., will
pass on to that restaurant.
GlobaleMenu.com, Global eReservation LLC., will only share the information specified above with the
restaurant at which you have made your online order. Restaurants cannot use the GlobaleMenu.com,
Global eReservation LLC., System to access information pertaining to diners or dining histories from
other restaurants, with the exception that restaurants under the same corporate ownership may elect
to share diner information between restaurant properties.
Restaurants may view reports of their online order requests, including all of the information indicated
above.

reservation details, are provided to that restaurant. If you have indicated that you are interested in

also have the option of providing special preferences or comments regarding your reservation, which GlobaleMenu.com, Global eReservation LLC., will pass on to that restaurant.

restaurant at which you have made reservations. Restaurants cannot use the GlobaleMenu.com, Global

that they will not sell, rent or share your personal information, including your email or phone number,
with and third parties for marketing-purposes without your expressed written permission.
However, we encourage you to review the information privacy practices of any restaurants whose
online orders or reservations you make on GlobaleMenu.com, Global eReservation LLC., In addition,
these restaurants may also contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about your confirmed order or reservation.
Email from Restaurants
You may consent to receive marketing communications from the restaurant at which you've made
an online order, reservation or other request. If you have subscribed to a restaurant’s email using
the GlobaleMenu.com, Global eReservation LLC., website and would like to unsubscribe from that
restaurant's marketing communications, you can go to the My Account page and opt out, or you can
contact the appropriate restaurant directly.
